Sarah Stead

Operations Manager

I’ve been at Involve Yorkshire & Humber since September 2009. I'm responsible for the design and delivery of our events programme and I'm leading the campaign to promote adult learning in Yorkshire & Humber. 

My previous roles include internal audit for the Church of England specialising in environmental audit, business lending at Triodos Bank and being a PA at Leeds Voice. I have volunteered for Samaritans. I currently volunteer for Leeds Cruse as a Bereavement Support Worker and run my own private counselling practice.

I have a Law and French degree, a Masters in Audit, Management & Consultancy and I’m a qualified counsellor.

In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, cycling and Greek holidays!
