Involve Yorkshire & Humber is keen to know about how the voluntary sector is engaging with the planned health structures locally. This will help us in our role as Strategic Partners to the Department of Health.

All information is confidential and will not be attributed to you or your organisation.
We will produce a brief report on the results of the survey, which will be available on our website and sent to members and partners. We will also share information with the Department of Health and other partners as part of our aim of influencing their work.
