The Learning and Skills Voluntary and Community Sector Network (LSVN) is for voluntary organisations with an interest in learning and skills - whether as a deliverer, user, or promoter of education and skills training for adults in FE, Adult and Community Learning, or for organisations where learning is just part of what they offer.
